BY ROAD : Take the N4 from Dublin, in the direction of Sligo. Our base is just off the main road about 1 km on the Southern side of Carrick on Shannon. BY TRAIN : Railway Station at CARRICK ON SHANNON (2.5 km from our base). The rail service to Carrick on Shannon is poor. Direct connections are available on from Dublin and Sligo. It is highly unlikely that there will be any significant level of interest in this service. Approximate costs are as follows : Cost : CARRICK / DUBLIN : Single 14 euros Return 20 euros CARRICK / SLIGO : Single 10 euros Return 14 euros BY PLANE : Airport : DUBLIN - SHANNON KNOCK There are two options for transferts between airports and the Carrick on Shannon base.
